The 'Chicago' actress is said to be secretly seeing an agent at CAA - themanagement company that represents her.

Renee first sparked rumours of a romance at the recent Women in Film Awards,where she was honoured for excellence in film on June 14.

The 38-year-old shocked onlookers by choosing to sit at the CAA table,rather than at the sponsor's table - which is the tradition for therecipient of the Crystal Award.

Renee refused to divulge if she had brought along a date for the evening,and as she accepted her award from film boss Harvey Weinstein, she joked, "Ididn't expect this to be such an emotional experience. Now my fake eyelashesare going to fall off!"

Renee's representative has insisted the actress is not dating an agent.Earlier this year, the blonde star revealed she was determined to find loveagain.

Renee, who had her four-month marriage to country singer Kenny Chesneyannulled in September 2005, said, "My goals for the year are to concentrateon doing a better job of managing my personal life, to do lots of cookingand to focus on my cat!"
